Diya Sharma is practising the divinity of Kathak since 15 years! Kathak is her God, she worships the knowledge of it. She considers Kathak as a power to overcome all the sorrows or worries. Diya says, “Kathak is my remedy!When I am hurt or sad, I express it with Kathak; When I am damn happy, I express it in the form of Kathak. Kathak is my devotion, Kathak is a way for me to thank Maa Durga. I speak to Devi Durga with Kathak.It is a way to express my feeling, my emotions. Kathak is truly an expressive dance form with which we can also share our message with the world.”
